His involvement in professional-level German football means he has established an excellent network of contacts at German Football League clubs. Ralph Albrecht is also one of the founders of Sportsway. In his role at Sportsway, Ralf Albrecht uses his knowledge and experience to establish valuable contacts for as yet unknown players who show talent, passion, and ambition from an early age. Ralph Albrecht works as the initial contact between players and clubs and ensures all parties’ needs are met.

Rainer Wüstholz played football in the SV Waldhof Mannheim youth team and for 17 years as a non-professional. As one of the founders of Sportsway, he is responsible for advising clients on insurance matters and financial investments. Rainer Wüstholz knows how important it is for aspiring professional sportsmen and women to be insured against any injuries that temporarily or permanently prevent them from playing their sport. Rainer Wüstholz has worked in the insurance industry for 23 years. He consequently has the necessary specialist knowledge and expertise to provide Sportsways clients with professional and tailored advice, with particular focus on coaching young, talented up-and-coming players.
