Our Philosophy and Objectives 
Professional sports – and in particular, team sports such as football and ice hockey
– have undergone significant changes in the last few years. These changes demand a great deal from both
athletes and their agents.The product of these changes is often a conflict of interests. Successful athletes now find themselves in a heightened media spotlight and under pressure from the demands of their clubs and sporting organizations, often to the detriment of the individual sportsman or woman’s own interests. In the highly competitive world of professional sport, many talented athletes who are not properly represented often struggle.. Without the right support, success – neither sporting nor financial – is obtainable. 
At the level of a professional, a successful career always depends on how it is planned
and managed. The foundations of success are often laid in the athlete’s younger years.
In many cases, parents and club managers in the lower league clubs are unfortunately
overwhelmed by the options available to them and badly advised. The wrong decisions
are made, which in turn hinders a career that could otherwise be very promising.

professional sport.
